    We actually worked with Lucy for a longer Safari experience. She is so willing to please.Our guide, Linus was a true gentleman and looked over these two American women, like a hawk. He was knowledgeable and did his best to make us happy. In Tanzania, Meshalu was also a great guide. He also was a gentleman and willing to please and very knowledgeable. There were a few snafus, but that is bound to happen when you travel so far from home. Everyone was so kind and helpful

    这是一次完美的旅行，感谢Serene East Africa Safaris公司的诚信和精心安排。特别感谢Lucy 和Linus。在中国大多数人去非洲旅行是不会选择Safari bookings, 因为英文很差和顾虑太多。我们也是第一次尝试，我们把行程投递了十多家地接社，选择Serene East Africa Safari 公司是因为行价比高，而且在肯尼亚也提供Land Cruiser. 但由于是圣诞节，需要预先支付70%，而且是通过电汇，这对于中国人来说是很不习惯的，毕竟是第一次和一个完全陌生的公司打交道。 我们的航班早上6:00就到了，但出机场就看到老板Lucy 早已在等候，我们很感动，所有的顾虑都没了。导游兼司机的Linus风趣幽默和对人真诚，我们的英文很不好，一路上Linus 耐心地给我们讲解动物和人文，笑声伴随着整个旅程。整个旅程安排的很完美，酒店很好而且很干净，所有餐饮都用心安排，车辆也是我们最爱的Land cruiser.我们的行程很长，从肯尼亚到坦桑尼亚，再回肯尼亚，但所有的衔接都很完美。整个旅程除了小费和签证就没有任何费用。一切都比我们想得好太多。这是我们一生中最难忘的一次旅程，再次感谢Serene East Africa Safari 公司，因为是你们让旅程变得完美。
