The National Museum of Kenya is the ultimate place where you can get the full history of Kenya right from pre-colonial time to modern post independence era. The tour will then take you to the giraffe centre in Karen where you can have an up and close with these giant animals if you are lucky, you may get a chance to feed them. From here you will have a mini safari stretching all afternoon to the evening in the Nairobi National park.

    Start the day with pick-up from your hotel or residency within Nairobi CBD  at 9 am. From here you are driven straight to the National Museum of Kenya. Here you will spend an hour walking in museum with a local guide explaining to you all the different sections. The tour will end approximately at 11 am where we will drive to the giraffe centre which is just outside of Nairobi.

    At the giraffe centre, you will spend an hour up close and candid with the giraffe. A local staff member will be on hand to explain to you the different species and the different conservation efforts to save this endangered species. From here you will head for lunch for one hour at a local restaurant.

    After lunch, you will the head to the National Park to start the game drive from 2 pm till close of the park at 6 pm. Though it's only about 4 miles (7km) from the city, this park is a natural home to some of Kenya's most iconic wildlife. Once here, you'll board a game drive vehicle and set off exploring, keeping an eye out for lumbering hippos and herds of zebra meandering across the grassy plains — a sight that's especially spectacular when viewed against Nairobi's skyscrapers in the distance. In the evening you will get dropped off to your hotel or residency within Nairobi CBD

Edwin was on time and flexible with our itinerary. He recommended an earlier start time and it was a brilliant option - got to see a lot more of the wildlife running about. Plus I got to see Nairobi sunrise in the park! The overall tour was cool. The Giraffe Centre was much better than expected - the staff at the site was educational and polite and made sure I got the most out of it. The Nairobi National Museum had some fascinating skeletons on display.

George is one of the kindest, funniest and most genuine people I have met in Nairobi! Could not recommend him enough. He picked us up promptly at our hotel for a full day tour visiting the elephant orphanage, giraffe centre, lunch at a fantastic spot with entertainment and to top it off Nairobi national park. He was super knowledgeable about the surroundings as we were driving from place to place as well as expert level knowledge of the wildlife. He was super accommodating and made us laugh the entire time. He knew all the shortcuts to avoid the traffic too (major brownie points!) George managed to spot so many animals in the national park including Rhinos! He took the time to find as many as he could while making sure we were happy the entire time. Looking forward to seeing you in the future and keeping in touch! Thanks for an amazing day George!

Absolute 10/10 for this day trip. George is an absolute gem and knows everything you would want to know about the elephant orphanage, giraffe centre and Nairobi national park. The day wasn’t rushed, George made sure we had enough time to do everything without ushering us on. He even went to the other side of the national park to try and find lions because he knew how much we wanted to see them. I would highly recommend perfect wilderness for all tours as they gave us an unforgettable day! Thank you so much George and Team, you made the day so special.
