Although we could not visit the centre, the manager was very kind and refunded the booking immediately. The attention and service was incredible.

I joined a group tour organised by Abana from France and everything went on well. The visit to see the elephants was on our city tour after Nairobi national park and it was very nice. I have never seen an elephant that close. I would visit here again and again. Thanks Abana team for making my dream come true

no one returned my email or my calls According to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage there are no tours that exxtend to 2. 1/2 hours. All tours are daily for 1 hour. I asked for reimbursement and they never called me back.
