Car hire booked and paid for 3 weeks in ADVANCE, Upon collection hire company stated they had let it go because I had not collected it within their stated time period. NOTE there is no mention of a stated time period in any of the documentation. They also knew when my fight arrival time was. Hire company stated I would have to pay for another car, guess what - the same car I had paid for 3 weeks prior to this date was available. The car rental company is Flex to go, my advice is avoid both EDreams and Flex to go - Neither are trustworthy companies.

Thoroughly enjoyed using their service. Van had water, wet wipes and hand sanitizer in addition to being very comfortable. Driver also handled all luggage checks at Namanga border with his team who are at the border. He also guided us through the immigration process. I highly recommend their service.
