An enjoyable way to spend the day. Relaxed setting to enjoy the thermal baths & saunas (wet & dry). Jets in indoor pool were powerful & felt good on our backs. A short train ride from central Naples & a 10 minute walk from the station. Staff friendly & receptionist spoke English & explained the various baths & facilities

Mancata manutenzione ,personale non competente clienti malintenzionate che toccano i miei oggetti miei personali lasciati sul lettino per fare un bagno in piscina ,coppie che nella piscina interna fanno sesso nel acqua non igienico persone in piscina che ti urtano non viene rispettato il limite di persone e non c'è rispetto e chi fa rispettare le regole,piscina interna rotta non funzionano gli idromassaggi ,bagni che emanano un cattivo odore non c'è servizio di pulizia adeguato per la clientela inserita ,peccato perché è una bella struttura ma gestita male dal mio punto di vista mettere un regolamento più severo propio per non incorrere in brutte esperienze come e capitato a me , e per non fare cattiva pubblicità alla struttura,mi dispiace per feedback negativo avete perso un cliente spero migliori la struttura per il prossimo cordiali saluti
