The tour was canceled the day before, but no refund has been issued after 3 days. After a few emails, the tour operator - World tour advised that I need to contact Viator to get the refund. They gave me a run around when I asked for the Viator contact info. I don't understand why the tour company canceled the tour, but I need to do the leg work to get the money back. Other tour companies issued a refund when they canceled the tour.

Although we were looking forward to this excursion it did not live up to its description. What was supposed to be a 3 hour walking tour ended after just 2 hours. The guide seemed knowledgeable but in a hurry. We rushed through some streets and there were few stops to learn about the city. The guide mostly spoke to one person and there were only 3 of us. We expected to see more street life. Definitely over priced for what it was.
