Nestled into the Sorrentine Peninsula, the city of Sorrento basks in one of the world’s prettiest and most loved coastlines. Looking out over the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and the Isle of Capri its alleys and laneways contain thousands of years of history and details about the Italian culture.

  • Fornillo, Positano, Italy
    This is one of the possible stops (we generally suggest to choose 3 towns to visit in order to avoid to spend most of your time in the car). Positano, the best known town of the Amalfi Coast. A glamorous destination loved by celebrities. You will have free time to walk through its narrow streets filled by shops and reach its fabulous beach.

  • Le Ville di Ravello, Ravello, Italy
    This is one of the possible stops (we generally suggest to choose 3 towns to visit in order to avoid to spend most of your time in the car). The town of Ravello hovers the wonderful Amalfi Coast sea and it's filled with ancient villas (the most famous are Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo) and stunning gardens.

  • Duomo di Sant'Andrea, Amalfi, Italy
    This is one of the possible stops (we generally suggest to choose 3 towns to visit in order to avoid to spend most of your time in the car). The famous Amalfi, once one of the world's great maritime powers and the oldest of the Maritime Republics (the others were Pisa, Venice and Genoa). You will have the chance to visit the St. Andrews cathedral which dominates the main square filled with shops selling typical products.

Pasquale and DriverItaly.it helped make our Italy dream trip perfect. Our Amalfi Coast private excursion included going all the way down to Paestum to see the Greek ruins there. On the way down the coast, we visited Positano and drove through Amalfi. On the way to Paestum, Pasquale recommended and drove us to an amazing buffalo farm and restaurant, Barlotti, right next to the Paestum historic site. It was a highlight. Pasquale was always early, fun to be with and talk to, and very informative. Plus, his English is excellent. He accommodated all our needs and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for a consummate professional to ensure their special trip goes off without a hitch.
