My experience with Cool Beans Cruises was anything but cool. Our trip started out about 15-20 minutes late, causing us to wait in 90+ degree heat with no shaded space to wait or even a bathroom on site. Within 5 minutes of starting our cruise, our one year old baby fainted due to the heat and we turned around immediately. Upon our return, we were greeted by Captain Kelly who was only concerned if our boat was having mechanical issues. When he was repeatedly told it was a medical emergency, he then instructed me to go inside and pay without asking if our son was okay or by providing any offer of medical assistance, shade, water, or a cool space for him. When requesting a refund for our trip, I was denied, accused of extortion, and told that my communication would be considered harassment. Incredibly unprofessional and distasteful experience overall.

Fantastic personalized tour of local homes and marinas with stories about celebrities and local businesses. So relaxing to have a professional drive the boat! We brought a cooler and enjoyed beverages. The sunset was amazing that evening. Would do this again and highly recommend to friends.

Captain Dave was great! We had a diverse age range from 5 to 65, and he catered to everyone’s wishes. The kids enjoyed the shelling and the dolphins and speed. The grandparents enjoyed the beaches and learning about the local ecosystem. And as the parents, we enjoyed the few hours of smiles and peace.
