During this exciting 2.5 hour tour in Nazca you will discover the magic of the Cahuachi pyramids and how it sheds a new light of evidence to the mystery of the Nazca lines. This is the largest ceremonial religious site of the ancient Nazca, a complex of 16 pyramids and only 10% has been unearthed until now, many are still covered by sand! So interesting to find out that Nazca culture goes beyond Nazca Lines! My driver/guide Carlos was super nice and very informative, shared many stories and facts about the site. It might be worth knowing though that this is still an active archeological site for most of the year so you might want to check if it’s open while planning a trip. On a positive site - few years from now you might be able to see a lot more than I did!
