Perfect for people who don’t mind spending a bit more money for a stress free experience. They provided us with an itinerary so we could make the most of our stay but we they were very accommodating with changes. Just be aware that you still end up spending a lot of money top of the tour because of entrance fees and a lot of places rely on tipping. We did this at the very end of 3 months in Asia and ended up a bit stressed about how much we’d spent, you can definitely travel Sri Lanka for cheaper but the service they provide (we had Lasantha and he was lovely) and the ease of having a driver is what you’re paying for.

My partner and I took a week long tour. Our driver was young and nice and spoke fluent English. All the hotels were of a high and luxurious standard and the breakfasts were elaborate and delicious and all of these were closed in advance and there was no need to bother with anything other than enjoying. The views were beautiful and we took lots of pictures! I highly recommend taking such a tour when visiting Sri Lanka, it was lovely!

We were in Colombo trying to get train tickets and found USP office and could find the best options to travel to Kandy, Ella, Yala and Galle. Our driver Abey was always caring about us, showing us to the best places and landscapes, taking us to taste the best food in each region.
