Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free experience by having your own private vehicle and chauffeur, drive and guide you throughout your entire visit to Sri Lanka.
Transport by an air-conditioned standard car, which can accommodate maximum 2 adults with luggage.

Chauffeur's service time allocation per day is 8 hours, generally between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Driver's Accommodation is not included in the price. However, most of the hotels provide the driver's accommodation, if there is a case of not having the accommodation for the driver, we request you to pay a minimum of USD 15 equal to LKR 2000 for the driver's accommodation. I also want you to know that hotels sometimes offer very cheap driver's accommodation. I would like to you to see if it is good accommodation and not dingy as we always

Overnight accommodation charge for chauffeur: If you or the hotel you are staying in do not provide accommodation for the chauffeur, overnight accommodation fee payable to the chauffeur is US$ 15.00 per night.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My daughter and I arrived in Colombo airport from the Uk, and were met by Chinthaka, a driver with this company. He arrived on time, and drove us 5 hours to our first hotel in Sigiriya. 2 days later he drove us to Nanu Oya to catch the train to Ella. Due to wrong information from the hotel, we cut the time to get to the train extremely fine, but Chinthaka drove v well and got us to the station with 15 mins to spare.
Quality of driving and car very good
Highly recommend.

We chose Lakpura to arrange a 3 day tour from our hotel near Yala and finish in Negombo and were very pleased that we did.
We originally gave them our ideas of what we hoped to do and see on the way and then they offered some very good advice and tips based on their local knowledge of what they thought was best for us.
Overall nothing was too much trouble for them (thanks to Madubashini Dassanayaka who organised/ booked everything and also our driver Shantha who was excellent throughout and always on time).
We got the exact seats we wanted on the train from Badulla to Kandy and our whole tour went like clockwork from the moment we were collected from our hotel to when we were dropped off.
We cannot thank Lakpura enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were collected from Colombo airport and the driver very kindly recommended that we get a drink and a snack at the airport cafe for the journey kalutara. Very professional and friendly service .. made for a great hassle free start to our holiday
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
