Well from the very beginning planning with Sarada, this company have been forever helpful and listened to our need so well. There was a big group of 12 of us that were all arriving at different times and different parts of Sri Lanka. But this was not a problem for vio holidays. Our first driver was Dilip. He was not only an amazing driver he genuinely cared for us. Helped us see all the best parts, explained the history of Sri Lanka and really made us feel at home with the country. He became a friend not just our driver. After 2 and half weeks of exploring Sri Lanka he unfortunately finished his job with us but he still helps us with any questions or issues we've come across. We will be eternally grateful that we were able to meet Dilip and have him with us along the way. As for the tour, it was packed but had good, down time too. We loved every bit of it and have now all got the best memories of Sri Lanka. Four of us are carrying on for an extra 2 months in Sri Lanka and I can honestly say that I'm happy the rest of our gang got to see the best parts of the journey with us. Lal, he was great. Didn't get to be with him for as long but he fitted in with our mad bunch fast and was able to have a great laugh with us all. He drove us to our final destination with everyone and kept us safe and even gave us a lift to lunch before he left. He didn't have to do that but he did anyway! Finally, thank you to all of the care and support vio holidays have given us but best of all, the memories ❤️ Highly recommend using this, even though we're all backpackers. We definitely appreciated the service and be able to see way more than we usually would in such a small amount of time. Brilliant!

We discovered Vio Holidays through some reviews found on the web. It was very easy to talk to Sarada with whom we packed our tour. Once we arrived in Sri Lanka we met our guide / driver Eric Caldera. We have discovered a serious and prudent driving professional as well as a guide attentive to all our needs. Our trip with him was fantastic! It was the first time that we traveled with a driver in a organizated trip. Since the begining Sarada, our contact person in the agency was really professional. We requested some places and cities to visit and the she created an optimal route. She was really opened to changes in this route and resolving all our doubts. Even this country is in a huge crisis right now, I can say thay is one of the countries where I’ve felt more safe. There was no problems during our trip so I really recomend to visit it.
