    Here you will get to learn the process that take place to extra the juice from sugar cane and turn into rum. The methods use back then and methods use now. You will also learn how the rum is stored, aged and bottled. This tour concludes with tasting of the different aged rum.

Demar was very knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. we really enjoyed all 3 experiences. Shaking hand with the crocodile in the black river was exciting.

Amazing is not the word for south coast safari activity that I booked with Trip advisor back in my office all are excited to visit Jamaica soon and I am definitely going to recommend to book the activities and transportation Witt trip advisor Specially. Please do the day trips/ activities with guide/ transporter Daemar. He is amazing guide and transporter very friendly informative and definitely the one to do the Jamaica activities The vehicle used for my transportation for south coast safari which includes YS falls and black river and Appleton estate by tripadvisor was very conditioned good AC and good internet condition in the vehicle Thanks to Daemar

Per Kleinbus zunächst entlang der Küste und dann ins Hinterland . Wunderbare Natur um den black river und die Bootsfahrt war entspannend und doch interessant . Unser Guide hatte etwas Hühnchenfleisch mit und lockte so das ein oder andere Krokodil ans Boot . Anschließend weiter zu den YS Falls mit herrlichem Park . Unbedingt hat Badesachen mitnehmen und die Tour auf die falls Wagen . Es ist relativ leicht und im Gegensatz zum Dunn’s river falls fast entspannt zu besteigen . Und zum Schluss dann die Besichtigung der größten rumfabrik in Jamaika , mit ausgezeichneter Führung und zum krönenden Abschluss Verkostung von drei rumsorten . Absolut zu empfehlen . Es ist alles nicht sehr weit , aber wegen der strassenbeschaffenheit dauert es trotzdem den ganzen Tag .
