    Your group of experienced guides, who will be with you every step of the way, will provide an introductory session to ensure your safety and full enjoyment of the tour. Gear up, mount your horse and prepare for a relaxing adventure as you are taken through the scenic countryside, passing small fishing villages, and many other points of interest around this bumpy trail. The friendly and humorous guides will give a narration of the scenery and area telling the story of Jamaica. The trail ride meanders down to the shoreline and takes you to the Caribbean Sea. Here guests are given the opportunity to swim and frolic with the horse in the magnificent Caribbean Sea heading before going back to the stables to end your tour. Take the opportunity to have lunch (meals and drinks not included) at the on-location eatery before heading back to your hotel.

  • Please note we do not allow children to ride doubled up with parents. A child must be able to handle his/her own horse, which will be led by one of our guides.
  • Children under 18 years of age must wear a safety helmet (provided).
  • Children must be at least 3 ft in height
  • Life jackets are required for children under the age of 16 years and non-swimmers (provided).
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Excursion was entirely too short! With the handler's assistance, you ride the horse to the beach. From there, they lead you into the water with the horse until submerged to about waist level or so. You're escorted to the beach where you dismount your horse and jump into a vehicle waiting to take you back to your original starting point. Perhaps it would be better if we could ride the horses back to the destination.
