+Strongly recommend Rocky's for airport transfers. This year we were delayed arriving and the driver waited in the hot parking lot for over 2 hours. This is our 5th time to Negril with Rccky's providing excellent sevice. Brian F.

I purchased a round-trip transfer from Montego Bay to Negril. The trip from the airport to the hotel was fine. Omar was excellent very considerate, and got us to the hotel without any issue. The trouble started on the return trip. I called on Sunday to confirm I had a round-trip purchased as the documentation sent to me was unclear. I know I had purchased and paid for a round-trip fare. I reached out to Rocky’s directly on Sunday and sent him the information relative to my purchase, but he never responded after multiple inquiries. Needless to say, No ride showed on Tuesday. My wife and I were left stranded at the hotel looking for a new ride to the airport and just hoping to get there in time for my flight. I can’t totally blame the Rocky’s taxi service. The Viator website needs to be better designed to thoroughly and completely provide the details of the purchase, including all aspects of the transfer. Pick up and delivery points on both the beginning in the end of the trip.

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Negril, Jamaica. We used Rocky's Taxi for a private transportation from the Airport to our resort in Negril and then back to the airport at the end of our trip. The service was wonderful, car was clean and we felt very safe the entire trip to and from the airport. We even were lucky enough to have Rocky himself pick us up at the airport and drive us to Negril. Thank you so much Rocky and Roxann for taking such good care of us. We will definitely use you again next time we are in Jamaica.
