I booked a roundtrip ticket from Montego Bsy Airport to Royalton Negril. When I arrived, i followed the instruction given to me mt Hi Tech Tour. When I couldnt find anyone that had my ndme tag; i decided to call the company"s number. Someone answered the phone. I gave the person my details. I was told that the company forgot about me and therefore; I should find another way and they will refund me. I was devasted. This was my first time in Jamaica and Hi- Tech Tour placed my live in harms way. I will NEVER RECOMMEND Hi- Tech Tours.

On my trip to the airport I was picked up by my driver Garth who was on time and very pleasant, he greeted me with a warm smile. He offers a very professional service by handling my luggages with care. It was a scenic view and he shared his knowledge on the rich culture of Jamaica as we journeyed to the airport. Without a doubt this was the best and most comfortable drive I’ve experienced. This was a perfect finish to my adventurous trip here in Jamaica and I would certainly recommend this to friends and families and I’m definitely traveling with this company on my next trip in the near future.

This is by far the best airport transfer I have had in all my years of traveling to this beautiful island. Professional, friendly and courteous is how I would describe the staff. I'll definitely be using this company again on my next trip. They started my vacation on the right note......arriving on the island the first thing I want to hear is One Love by Bob Marley jammin to this song was a vibe
