    our driver/guide will pick you up in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle to the hills of Westmoreland where you will be met by the Rastafari brethren here you will learn about his way of life and learn about the herbs and their different uses. you will take a short hike to the top of the mountain and experience the breathtaking views, visit the farm and see the locally grown crops.

Our guide Michael made our experience in Jamaica excellent. He took us around different parishes along the way and take us to authentic bars, food and explained the history of the areas. We climbed up a steep hill to get to the plant area but we( two women) felt safe with him and the farmer. It was interesting to see how he grew things organically and explained what his process is. It was an amazing experience. Tips: Wear long pants, bug spray and good climbing shoes.

Most memorable is how authentic and amazing Mike is! Not only did he make the most out of our experience but welcomed us to his culture . He stooped us by an amazing local bakery and we were able to mingle with locals. I love being able to experience different cultures as I’m traveling and this was everything we been looking for. And also he is so well educated and know his stuff about herbs. Gained a friend for life and can’t wait to revisit
