I did the 500h yoga teacher training. The house is very nice and super clean. Seevice is very good. There are different teachers training you and you get an inside into the complete basis of yoga, including asanas, meditation, pranayama, history, philosophy... I think the 200h is good for everybody, but to fully enjoy the 500h, you need to be a little in practice already. I can highly recommend this center if you are on a spiritual journey.

I had the really great time at Nepal Yoga Teacher training and retreat center. Seeking way of finding oneself I tried many yoga school finally this amazing yoga school filled my thrust of truth. I did advance level certification course of yoga and meditation. My 29 days yoga teacher training at this Nepal yoga teacher training and retreat center was much than my expectations. The yoga and meditation course has lots of information which transformed my life. If you want to be skilled allrouned and knowledgeable certified teacher with hospital family environment this could be the best aexperience of yoga in Kathmandu. I did not have only yoga poses also have meditation, philosophy, chanting, breathing, celebration, anatomy, dancing which gave me new perception of my life. You can try this yoga course if you are thinking about certified and licensed yoga teacher.
