I was not new to yoga but searching more authentic way of yoga in Nepal. Visiting many other school in Nepal, i had decided to choose Nepal Yoga Home. No doubt this is the course i was searching for. They have amazing combination of Asana, Pranayama, chanting, meditation, relaxation etc. After attending 200 hours training course there in yoga home i am highly satisfied. I would like to recommend who are seeking yoga in holistic approach.

I arrived in Nov for the 200 ytt. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt extremely welcome. The staff and owners here are so incredibly loving and genuine. During my 3 weeks here I experienced indepth training and fantastic, vegetarian meals. After my 3 weeks was over, I continued to visit to see my friends that were taking the 500 ytt. The staff were always so happy to see me and encouraged me to join classes and eat meals with them. It was not easy leaving this mindful, loving environment. I highly recommend Nepal Yoga Home whether for a day or a month. Thank you to the beautiful people of NYH.
