I was here for yoga and ayurveda retreat course. I had problem of sluggisness and constipation after this course i got relif from it. Its very fantastic place to deepen the practice of yoga and meditation . I felt very light and felt toxic has gone. after this course body is light and mind is peace.

Firstly Ayurveda is just not for people who have problem but this is the process of rejuvenation of body and mind. Anyone can benefited taking this retreat course for better health and happiness. Without doubt one of the favorite place i had stayed during my 21 days Ayurveda and yoga retreat course in this beautiful Ayurveda Home. On the day of arrival i was warmly welcomed by Ayurveda team, who were very positive and friendly. The therapy time were very flexible and rooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend for who are looking for effective relaxation, Ayurveda treatment and detox. Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took care my all the problem with great care and love. Most importantly Ayurveda people are super nice and cheerful all the time. I saw their Ayurvedic lifestyle and stress less life which really made me jealous. I am trying to fallow natural life right after my retreat. I would like to do strong recommendation to those who are seeking Ayurveda and yoga retreat. You will absolutely enjoy their course.
