Annapurna Circuit Trekking: 15 days

From the moment I was met with “namaste” at the airport until the end of my trip I felt most welcome in Nepal. Unfortunately I was unable to complete the circuit but my guide Shiva organized with Ram an alternative itinerary rather than just going straight back to Katmandu. I was able to see Pokhara, do a Jeep safari in Chitwan and visit Gorkha palace. The scenery in the walk was spectacular and the other sights were just so different to my Western norm. I would highly recommend this company, they really care that you have a good time. I would also recommend adding days after the hike to see some other sights in Nepal, it really is a very diverse country. I am so pleased i did this trip and experienced the amazing hospitality of Nepal, and would definitely book with them again.

I adored my host Ramhari Neupane. I booked with him and stayed at his Dreams hotel in Kathmandu. I decided to trek during off season and went in December 2020 and again in 2021. It was beautiful and the weather was amazing during the day, very clear skies and breathtaking views of mount Everest. I trekked all the way to base camp and spent 15 days out in the region. Ramhari was my guide and his knowledge and humor was very enlightening. I appreciate is attentiveness and how much care he took to me, It was very important because i was a solo hiker. I always felt very comfortable and at ease. I deeply recommend this trip to anyone who has a love for the Himalayas , the culture and people are amazing! I cannot wait to go again next winter! From the first moment I arrived in Kathmandu everything was very well organized and taken care of by Ramhari, the manager of Himalayan Trekking Path. Since Himalayan Trekking Path is a family business (Tour operator, Hotel Dream City in Thamel, Sigthseeing and transport) there was no need to coordinate activities between different providers: Ramhari did an excellent job by organizing my one day sightseeing in and around Katmandu and thereafter my 13 days trekking along Annapurna Circuit. The whole program with all details, permits, accommodation, etc. was carefully planned in advance and customized to my personal preferences. Ramhari selected a Guide/Porter for me. His name was Depan Gurung and he proved to be a very experienced, knowledgeable and patient person with a good command of English. During the whole trip I felt to be in good hands and therefore my trekking holiday became an unforgettable and very joyful experience with numerous, fantastic memories. It was indeed a dream vacation and a good deal of that is owed to the perfect preparation of Ramhari and his company Himalayan Trekking Path. I can absolutely recommend this company to anybody interested in spending a wonderful trekking holiday organized by a highly professional tour operator.
