Pick up and drop off to hotel was amazing - door to door service. The pilots were so kind and made me feel safe the whole flight! You fly right over base camp and get so close to Mount Everest! I would recommend doing it during the high season so you get to see all the tents at base came and trekkers, which I didn’t get to see because no one is hiking this time of year.

Prima ochtend met Everest Experience. Het was een mooie ervaring om per helikopter naar een hoogte van 5500 meter te gaan en te genieten van de prachtige uitzichten op de Himalaya. In mijn beleving heeft dit bedrijf ook nog eens de beste prijs! Er kunnen maximaal 5 mensen mee per helicopter (naast de piloot). Één persoon zit naast de piloot en 4 op de achterbank. Aangezien er meerdere stoppen zijn, kan er dan ook van plaats gewisseld worden. Houd er rekening mee dat bovenop de boekingsprijs extra kosten komen (tax, toegang national park en ontbijt). Ik kan deze tour zeker aanraden! Overigens is de bestemming basecamp wel wat misleidend. Ik heb het basecamp zelf niet gezien!
