第三次由Nature Explore安排登山行程，Everest Base Camp, 由專業登山團隊帶領11日登山旅程 沿途經過無盡鐵橋，急流，碎石路，感受身體狀況變化，在領隊不斷鼓勵下，不停說"你可以，能做得到" 最終徒步7天，由2800海拔登上 5364海拔。回程無法估計天氣變化，避免停留高地在低溫下休息，只有每日徒步7小時到達下一間小屋，用了3天時間回到 約2800海拔 lukla機場。除了領隊安排沿途大小事務，安全問題，亦感謝負責行李背負挑夫，沒有了挑夫根本沒有辦法登上高山。 11天旅程除了挑戰身體極限，亦挑戰10天沒有洗澡，高山洗澡要花錢也容易感冒，最後一天在lukla 小屋洗澡。女生注意一點，高氣壓會生理期不準確，要有身心準備面對提早到來。 城市人亦要有面對生活簡陋準備，旅程每天三餐在小屋決解，頭一天會仔細翻閱餐牌，隨後每間小屋每個餐牌也一樣，只對領隊說跟昨天一樣可以了。每晚休息地方也是提供夠暖被舖的小屋，簡單但夠用。 廁所亦是最挑戰的一環，對女生來說，較好的是坐廁，亦有部分是桿廁，不會有衛生紙提供，需要自攜。 回顧11天，只要有感恩，遇困難面對決解，便能過渡。

This trip was definitely a highlight of my LIFE!! Our porter & guide were completely professional, helpful, very affordable, compassionate & they made this trip even better than we expected. I would recommend this outfit to anyone, esp any good friends considering a trek to see Everest!!!!
