The Everest Base Camp trek is a classic trek to the base of the highest peak in the world, Mount Everest (8,848 meter). Apart from Mount Everest, you will also get to see Mt. Lhotse (8,516 meter), Mt. Makalu (8,463 meter), Mt. Nuptse (7,861 meter), Mt. Pumori (7,161 meter), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 meter) and many other Himalayan giants. Moreover, you will get to visit several Sherpa villages along the amazing Everest Base Camp trail. Thus, besides taking you to the foot of the world's highest mountain, this trek also gives you a great insight into the local Buddhist culture and lets you experience the famous Nepalese hospitality firsthand, including meeting with the famous Sherpa people.

  • Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and guesthouse accommodation during the trek.
  • All applicable taxes as per the government rules and regulations.
  • Domestic flight Kathmandu / Ramechhap - Lukla - Kathmandu / Ramechhap inclusive with all taxes and transfers.
  • All organisational requirements.
  • Worst case, help with all rescue and evacuation arrangements.
  • First aid medical kit, Oxymeter to check pulse, heart rate and oxygen saturation at higher altitude.
  • 1 professional, licensed and English speaking mountain guide, including his food, insurance, equipment etc.
  • Food during the trek (full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • All necessary trekking permits: Sagarmatha National Park and Khumbu Pashang Lhamu Rural Municipality Fee.
  • Airport pick up and drop off, upon arrival and departure in Kathmandu (International and domestic both)
  • A visa to Nepal
  • Your international flights to and from Nepal
  • Travel insurance (for helicopter evacuation if needed whilst trekking)
  • Porters to carry luggage (you can add a porter when booking)
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, internet/e-mail, etc
  • Bar and beverage bills. Expenses that are personal in nature
  • Tips for your guide, porter and driver (recommended)

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

To Unique Adventures, We felt like Family! My guide Megendra Giri, our porters Kumar and Mon Thank you so much. You guys make us achieved our dreams. Mr Khum and his team were excellent in communicating and responding to any pre-tour questions we had. They definitely made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend booking a trip with them if you’re looking for a professional and great company for trekking/climbing in Nepal.

our 2nd time trekking with Unique Adventures. clearly we were happy the first time round, hence the second. Khum is always prompt in replying my queries via WhatsApp. our guide Megendra, porters Kumar & Mon; are the best team! Meg & Mon took turns to give me piggyback rides when i was hit with ACM in Gorakshep. Kumar is quiet & gentle soul who deserves the same kudos as the others.
