Their highly personable and knowledgeable team (from Prem the company owner, to Ram (our top shelf guide) and of course the indomitable porters - Buphal, Prasad, Grizi, and Krishna) were wonderful from the first step to our last and with us each step of the way. All of our questions and concerns were addressed through the general debriefing/daily ones, so that we could truly be at ease and take in the beauty and the grandeur of the majestic surroundings. These personalities made it all worth the while as these folks will always hold a special place in our hearts. The challenges we met along the way were handled professionally, with great attentiveness and care. I got altitude sickness, and the Ace staff and the doctors were all very knowledgeable and very caring ensuring my well being and each member of the team. Whether it be more concerning health issues or the smallest detail, each employee of Ace the Himalaya made sure we found all the handholds and footholds we needed to feel safe and secure as we experience this team trek of a lifetime! Having completed the trek a number of years ago I wanted to walk up and fly down. This was the right thing to do and Ace were awesome at arranging it. From start to finish their organisation was second to none. Ram their guide was exceptional and ensured the group felt well cared for and Bupal was encourageing with his smile. Highly recommended!

Ace provided a fantastic trek from start to finish. Our airport pick-up, initial stay at the Ramada and briefing with Prem were well coordinated and an excellent welcome to Nepal. Our briefing was informative and helpful. At all points on the trek our guide and head porter went out of their way to make each day as comfortable as possible, sorting food (and advising what was best to eat) and drinks, sorting phone charge for us etc. We were treated with continued exceptional care. Daily briefings helped us pack for the next day and know what to expect. Ram was also on-call 24hrs so we could rely on him if we needed anything. We had en suite bathrooms at most points on the trek, and the rooms were as comfortable as we could have enjoyed at increasing altitude. I highly recommend Ace for excellent value and client care. I would definitely use them again.
