According to your flight time, our airport representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal building, holding your name card on a Trekking Planner airport board. Once he receives you, he will direct you to our tourist vehicle, which will bring you to the hotel.

  • The price mentioned is applicable and valid specifically for a single (1) person even though it may be booked for two people. Also it depends on the factors such as the size of the existing group, your chosen departure date or for a shared accommodation if any. For which you have to pay a single surcharge of USD 150 once you arrive in Nepal. The moment you book with us we instantly get back to you and inform you if we have an existing group or not for that particular date of your booked schedule. However be informed that a single surcharge is applied or levied if you want a solo departure and not join any of the groups that we have.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I joined the 12 days Everest Base Camp trek with my fd. We had an excellent and unforgettable trekking experience with the Trekking Planner. Our guide Nirmal is very professional and helpful. He always taking good care of us and has a very good arrangement on the meal and accommodation. He is also very knowledgeable that will tell us the tradition and stories of nearby village along the track. We are very thankful to have him as our guide. We will definitely recommend Nepal Trekking Planner to my fd who is going to Nepal :)

Had the most amazing and memorable trek to Everest base camp! Couldn’t have asked for a better team. Dipak was amazing to work with, always quick to reply and offer help. On the trek we were fortunate enough to have Gyeljan Sherpa as our guide and Sunil as our porter. These two made our trip incredible! We always felt well looked after and cared for, living like absolute queens. It was comforting to know we had the support of the Trekking Planner Nepal to get us through the trek. We always felt safe and we trusted these people with our lives. Couldn’t recommend Trekking Planner Nepal enough! The ratings are high for a very good reason.
