Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek leads to short circuit walk around southern ridges and rolling green hills of massive Annapurna Himalaya range of mountains. An amazing country walks full of fascination where you will be bewildered by a dramatic change of temperatures and landscapes, walking from low semi-tropical full of paddy farmlands and terraces towards cool alpine areas in the shade of tall and beautiful  Rhododendron-pines-magnolia-oaks and fir tree lines.  Starting this wonderful journey from picturesque Pokhara, a famous and popular tourist spot located on the laps of towering Annapurna Himalaya with serene lakes of Phewa and Begnas, truly a scenic valley blessed by the natural beautiful scenery.

We took the Poonhill hiking route under raining season and very fortunate to be blessed with good weather and a great guide (Kumar Adhikari) from this company. Kumar was a sweet caring guide who showed us the beautiful culture and scenary of the country. He has decade of experience and literally took care of everything we could possibly need on the mountain. On top of that he also speaks 6 different languages! So you are always in good hand if Kumar is your guide. A 5 stars experience!

We reached Kathmandu a week ago, and our journey has been incredibly smooth and enjoyable, thanks to View Nepal Treks and Expedition. Mr. Bhupendra meticulously organized our entire trip, from the scenic road trip to Pokhara, to booking paragliding adventures, and arranging tours in Kathmandu.
