Traveler pickup is offered

We provide free pick up and drop services to and from our guests' respective hotels, which are located at Lakeside area. But we charge extra small transportation fee only for those guests whose hotels are located outside of Lakeside area depending on their hotel location. Our pick up time is at 9 am sharp. One can pay us the extra transportation fee directly to us after our tour is finished.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Mr Thupten is a fantastic guide. Incredibly knowledgeable and candid. I learned so much and had the opportunity to ask many questions also. I did the half day tour, it was fascinating speaking with the Tibetan doctor. Lunch was delicious too!

We are an young Danish couple and found this visit to the Tibitan Refuge Settlement very interesting and as one of the most wholesome experiences to try in Pokhara. We were very glad to hear the stories and explanations by Thupten and would really recommend others to be guided by Thupten to get an extremely great tour.

Wonderful tour with Thupten. He is a very knowledgeable man and very passionate about Tibetan culture. He knows so much about history but also buddhism. I asked a lot of questions and he answers very patiently and precisely. He speaks very well english, so it was not too difficult for me to understand as a French woman not very fluent in english. Thank you for this very interesting tour !
