The Manaslu Circuit Trek is an epic long-distance walk into a little-visited world of ethnic minorities, big mountain scenery, and world-class trails. This is a walk for those who delight in the wonders of undeveloped Himalayan scenery and long, rewarding days of walking in a Nepal of yesteryear. From the humid subtropics of Arughat (530m) to the icy winds of the Larkya La (5160m), you will traverse the Manaslu Conservation Area, a restricted area home to 11 different types of forests housing more than 100 species of birds and 33 mammals. You will gaze upon Manaslu (8163m), Earth’s 8th highest mountain above sea level, walk through golden millet fields, and build legs of steel.

    The trek was an overwhelming little adventure set in a stunning, continuesly changing landscape and cultural surroundings. Perfectly guided und supported by the staff of Adventure bound, especially our guide Santosh, who is keen to support one with the best accommodation and food available.     A long planned dream came come true, after a little delay because of covid. We did the manaslu circuit with our guide CK Gurung who was very aware of everyting we needed. He guided us to the Manaslu Basecamp and after the Larke path he was the only guide who knew the way through the deeper snowfields. We would also Highlight RB our porter, he did a very good Job. We can highly recommendend CK Gurung as a guide, with him we had a lot of fun and he had good knowledge. Adventure Bound was the perfect choice, for sure next time i would book there again.     My partner and I did the Manaslu Circuit trek with Raman from adventure bound as our guide as my partner had previously done the Annapurna circuit with him. Raman is a fantastic guide who was so helpful on our trek when it got challenging - checking on me and walked slowly with me when I needed. He’s incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the mountains and culture in Nepal and made our Manaslu trek extra special. The trek in itself is incredible. Beautiful views around every corner and lovely guest houses.
