We were disappointed with your service. The team to look into our grievance was not serious in addressing the complaint and tried to close the complaint without addressing our grievances. We hope that you reconsider our complaint / grievance and address it in a fair manner.

This is not a hike. It’s walking thru regular roads which were dusty and rough. There’s no walking trail.
The local travel organiser was disorganised. He came late and we missed the sunrise. Driver did not know the route and we got lost in the mountains. The guide was a nice individual, other than that Overall bad experience.

we loved the beautiful scenery / sunrise as well as the unique local shops that we visited during the tour. it was a fairly easy hike, with some occasional steep areas (but there is an option to walk the longer, flatter route). this tour stands out from the rest as the guide gave us ample time to take pictures/hang around at each stop, without hurrying us or being impatient.
