Nepal Experience Tour tries to provide travelers with a taste of the country's rich culture and amazing natural landscapes. It is the country of the world's highest peak, Mt. Everest and the birthplace of Lord Buddha. There are over 100 different ethnic groups residing within a dramatic landscape that rises from 150 meters in the south to 8,848 meters at the summit of Mt Everest in the north. Our Nepal Experience Tour is an exciting mix of adventure to experience and explore the rich and diverse Nepalese landscape and culture that will satisfy both mind, body, and spirit.

  • We will be accommodated in Yatri Suites & Spa or Hotel Moonlight or Similar in Kathmandu, Mt. Kailash Resort in Pokhara, Green Park Chitwan in Chitwan and local tea houses (lodges) during the trek. All accommodations are based on a twin-shared basis. Single supplement will be served on request and will cost an additional USD 770.
  • Breakfast will be served in Kathmandu and Pokhara and all meals will be served in Chitwan and during the trek. Breakfast will be taken in the same place we stay for the night. Similar arrangements can also be made for dinner. Lunch will be taken en route to the next destination(s). There will also be welcome and farewell dinners hosted by Himalayan Glacier.
  • Autumn (Sept. to Nov.) and spring (March to May) are the best seasons for the Nepal Experience Tour. We may take this trip during winters and summers but the winters are a bit cold and summers, wet.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Short version (for anyone not having the time to read all the details): 
 We were very happy to choose Himalayan Glacier to organise an 11-day trip to Nepal consisting of rafting at Trisuli river, safari at Chitwan, trekking in Annapurna, sightseeing at Pokhara and Bandipur. What an amazing and unforgettable experience! Amazing people (Vidya who organised it meticulously and at our convenience, Shiva who was our super energetic and positive guide and friend throughout the whole trip, Rupes who was our tireless porter during our Annapurna trekking), great services, many gifts and surprises, very good prices. All of that together with the stunning natural landscapes made our trip to Nepal a unique experience which we will always remember. We definitely recommend Himalayan Glacier to anyone going to Nepal or other destinations!! Detailed version: We were planning our honeymoon trip to Nepal for quite some time and after a lot of research and quotes, we decided to go for one week to Kathmandu/Patan/Bhaktapur on our own and use the Himalayan Glacier services for 11 days of rafting/jungle experience/trekking followed by sightseeing in Pokhara and Bandipur. From the very first moment of contacting them we felt the warmth and care of Vidya! She is a very nice person always trying to make a plan which works for us. We amended the plan a few times and she was always happy and proactive. She even offered some services and tips for free for the time outside our planned trip with them and we really appreciated that. All our activities (rafting at Trisuli river, jungle adventure at Chitwan, trekking at Annapurna, sightseeing at Pokhara and Bandipur) were perfectly organised and we didn’t have to think about anything else than having a great time and enjoy the country. Our amazing guide Shiva was with us for 11 days always happy to help, talk and have fun. We learnt some Nepali words, we shared food, we played cards, we learnt the local culture much better, we met local people on our way and he was always funny, positive and smiling. We still keep contact and we are looking forward to meeting again some time in the future. Rupes our porter was also very nice with positive attitude and we had many good and funny moments together. After some days of trekking, we were talking only in Nepali with our broken words that we had just learnt! Last but not least, Himalayan Glacier arranged 2 VERY special events for us. The first one was a birthday dinner with gifts and personalised delicious cake for my wife’s birthday at a very nice and traditional restaurant that they organised and offered to us for free. The second one was a surprise at the end of our trip with them (I won’t say the surprise so that I don’t ruin the experience for other travellers ;-)). Both surprises were beyond what we expected and we experienced the hospitality and warmth of Nepali people and of Himalayan Glacier first hand!! Thank you so much Vidya, Shiva, Rupes for all the great time we had together. Without you, our trip to Nepal would not have been such an amazing experience! We definitely recommend Himalayan Glacier to anyone going to Nepal or other destinations!! All the best and Pheri Bhetula
