Raju was a fantastic guide for my first big hike which I chose to do up the Mardi himal trail from Pokhara. He set a perfect pace and was extremely knowledgeable - being able to answer any questions I had about the trail, the mountains, animals, plants and life in Nepal. Along the way we saw jaw-dropping views of Rhododendron forests, Annapurna and Fishtail. The stays in tea houses a long the way were very comfortable with great food, and Raju even very kindly made me a fruit platter after every meal! I would highly recommend Raju for your trek in Nepal!

Raju was incredible. He was always looking out for us in every aspect of our 6 day trek. He went above and beyond checking in on how tired we were, if we had enough food, or were warm enough at the tea houses. He gave great insight about life and nature in the Himalayas and Nepalese people as whole. Always smiling and safety minded, I don’t think you could find a better guide if you tried.

Raj was amazing on our trek to Annapurna Base Camp! He was very knowledgeable but mostly he was just incredibly kind and thoughtful and always going out of his way to make us comfortable. He got us extra blankets and a secured bed everywhere we went and he was able to get us through the trek in 6 days with a lot of peace-of-mind! His English is so-so but his big smile and heart make him the best guide on the mountain
