The best companion and guide for your adventure to the mountains in Nepal. His personality and character are that of a typical Nepali - super kind, honest and warm hearted. This was my second time trekking with Raju, and honestly, I can't imagine going to the mountains with anyone else. What I love most about Raju is how genuinely he cares. He's always checking in on how you're feeling, adjusting the pace when needed, and his positive attitude just keeps you going when things get tough. Plus, he comes totally prepared with permits, first aid, backup plans - the whole professional package, but without feeling stuffy about it. This wasn't just another mountain trek - it was this incredible cultural journey that gave me such a deep appreciation for Nepal's beauty and the warmth of its people. I'm already thinking about trip number three! If you're looking for a mountain guide in Nepal, look no further than Raju. Trust me - you won't regret it!

My wife and I went on a 4 day trek with Raju in the Annapurna Conservation Area and we had an amazing time. We let Raju know that we were on a tight budget and he did a great job selecting guesthouses and making sure we were able to take the bus to and from the region. Our journey started in Pokhara where Raju met us bright and early at our hotel. We then took a taxi to the bus station and from there hopped on the local bus for a 4 hour journey to the town of Hille. Here we disembarked the bus and began our trek to Ulleri. The journey went: Day 1 - Hille to Ulleri Day 2 - Ulleri to Ghorepani Day 3 - Ghorepani to Poon Hill (sunrise) to Sitkyu Day 4 - Sitkyu to Ghandruk Not only was Raju a pleasure to hike with but he was also great company and conversation. Each day when we arrived in a village, he gave us time to rest and offered to tour us around the village to take pictures and tell us some history about the village and Nepal overall. He did a great job adhering to our budget and made sure both my wife and I were comfortable the entire journey. He set is trekking pace to match ours and ensured we had enough blankets each night to stay warm. We couldn’t appreciate his time more and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to hike in the Himalayas. He has many years of experience in different regions and all the locals seem to know him well. 10/10 outstanding experience.
