Poon hill Trek 3 days

Saying Sabin was exceptional would be an understatement. He was polite, knowledgeable, a good company and professional. He was understanding when i was genuinely struggling on the first day ????. And didn’t rush me in any way. He saw to everything really smoothly and affirmed everything was in order for my comfort! He saw to all food was ordered for me, helped bring me the food, and answered all questions i had. He was just as charming to all the other guides and house staff we saw. You can tell he really has a way with people! Also Mr. Himal, was really accommodating to my needs and sorted all booking encounters seamlessly. I think everyone working in the company is a credit, to the whole experience. They everything effortlessly efficient. Thank you!!!

I just finished a three-day solo trek to Poon Hill. Himal Dai was very attentive with the communication process since the first contact several months before the actual trip. My guide was Sabin, whom I found very smart, kind, and professional. Day 1 (Pokhara to Ulleri): The meeting time was 8 AM, and Sabin arrived in a very timely manner. The taxi ride from Pokhara to Birethanti was pleasant, and Sabin handled the check-in to the Annapurna Conservation Area (ACA) smoothly. This was the first trek of my life, and I was older than the average trekker. Sabin was very patient with me and always allowed me to go at my own pace. We arrived in Ulleri on time. Sabin made sure that the check-in process at the hotel went smoothly, and I highly appreciated his help with the orders for lunch and dinner. Day 2 (Ulleri to Ghorepani): The second day's trek was a bit of a struggle for me, as I was not used to the altitude. Sabin was professional and patient as always. We actually arrived at the hotel earlier than scheduled. The hotel check-in process and the orders for lunch and dinner went as well as the previous day. That evening, we discussed plans for the early-morning sunrise trek to Poon Hill. Day 3 (Ghorepani to Poon Hill, and the trek back): Sabin delivered as usual: we were able to head out at 4 AM as planned, and got back to the hotel by 7am for breakfast. The trek back was also very pleasant, as was the check-out process from the ACA. Overall: 10/10. Will trek with the company again. TL,DR: A first-time trekker had a very pleasant experience. Smart, professional, and very accommodating guide. Will be happy to trek with the company again.

Loved this trek! Our guide Sanjuan made the whole experience seamless and very enjoyable. Sanjuan picked the best guesthouses for our accomodation, (clean with great views) was knowledgeable and very patient with us. His 20+ years of experience really showed.
