It is said that in a previous life, the future Buddha Siddhartha Gautama was a prince living here on the rim of the Kathmandu Valley. One day he encountered a hungry tigress that had just given birth to tiger cubs. She lay weak and dying, and unable to feed her newborns. In true personal sacrifice that was characteristic of Lord Buddha, he offered his arm which brought life back to the tigress, saving her life and the life of her cubs.

I spent two days wirh this company and really appreciated the care that Pankaj took with my itinerary to make sure that I got an experience that fit my requirements. We went to see Namo Buddha the first day and spent the second day sight-seeing around Kathmandu. Namo Buddha is amazing place, you have to include ir in tour trip!
The company also provided an excellent vegan lunch, and Pankaj helped me.with some speciality shopping. I will definately recommend this company and Pankaj and his fellow guide Niraj and the driver Hari. Was an enjoyable outing!
