  • Please note that this service is only available for hotels within Kathmandu City (inside the ring road). If your hotel is outside the ring road a transfer may be possible for an extra charge.
  • Infants must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.
  • The guest will be picked up 3 and half hour before the departure flight.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very efficient transfer. The driver was very nice and made sure that we were comfortable during our transit to the Airport.
