Vous devez être apte à faire ce rafting; soyez simplement confiant sur un bateau de rafting et une pagaie. Assurez-vous d'apporter quelques hauts respirants qui couvrent vos épaules lorsque le soleil brûle. Ne prenez pas vos objets de valeur en rafting, vous risquez de les perdre. Le rafting en eau vive à Trishuli est génial! Notre guide était hilarant, ce qui l'a rendu encore meilleur. Hautement recommandé.
