The massage, the cleanliness, friendly staff and yoga sesh is definitely a great experience. No one should miss this! The only thing I would suggest is to improve on the lunch meal.

I have had many massages in Kathmandu and I can say that the massage in this place is the best you can get. I felt so amazing and relaxed afterwards. All of the Massagist are great. They adjust the pressure based on your preference. Their touch is lovely, caring and relaxing. During my 500 hours yoga teacher training I did 4 massages and it helped me recover from the intense asanas and continue to push in my practice of asanas.

Lovely experience in calm and beautiful surroundings. A great oppurtunity to escape the busy streets of Kathmandu. I had a meditation class followed by lunch and spa. Would definitely recommend! The family also invited us to their garden in the back of the hotel, where they offered us oranges, pomelo and peanuts from the garden. They took such good care of us.
