We booked a trip and paid a $100(US) deposit. Unfortunately due to covid restriction recommendations we had to cancel the trip. We emailed within their refund policy period and initially no information about a refund was provided, or confirmed. It took multiple emails and many weeks later for the refund to be processed. In the end they were better with their communication and did process the refund.

Amazing experience with very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide and my amazing driver that also become my friend, Pintu Chahar, he helped me on everything, took me to the best places with his driving skills. Favourite part of the trip was communicating with the local respective guides. They were very respectable, professional, kind and accommodative. Very well organised trip, with all promised destinations, amenities and more. Similarly driver was very friendly yet maintained privacy for us. We were a family of 9 with teens, an older parent and middle aged people with NRIs and locals. They made sure everyone's needs were met and had a smooth trip. On the whole, a very memorable and pleasing trip. Thank you Fair India travel.
