Started my trip in delhi for a trip in india for a few weeks (mix leisure/work) and had only planned the hotels on the way. From delhi the concierge of the shangri la directed me to shadab (the owner) and from there he has shown great efficiency and fairness. Was suppose to take a train from Delhi to agra that had 4hrs delay so he organized my trip by car instead very reactively as i was only staying in agra one night. My night stops were agra - jaipur - jodhpur and udaipur before flying to mumbai He organized a driver for the whole way and each time i was arriving in a place had a dedicated guide. If i had any comments/questions or concerns along the way he would always be reachable in no time which gives you peace of mind. Definitely recommend them if travelling in the region!

The four of us (2 couples) really enjoyed the tour at Taj Mahal and Agra Fort as we were fortunate to have a professional and helpful tour guide by the name of Mr Athar. His briefing of the history of Taj Mahal & Agra Fort were very comprehensive and easy to understand. Thank you Mr Athar for being our tour guide.
