From our landing on March 6 until our departure on 21 March 2023, Vinayak and Bhuwan "walked the talk." No request was left unattended. They were in constant communication from day one to ensure that our holiday was a seamless process from city to city." The attention to detail when adding onto or changing the plan was seamless. I usually am in charge of all of the planning, so have a rather critical eye. Their knowledge of the areas we visited was irreplaceable. We stayed in outstanding places with fabulous food (we are foodies after all) and the best service. This was an adventure not soon forgotten. My only regret is that we should have had them plan our complete trip. I requested The Palace on Wheels train and unfortunately fooled by sales materials and reviews. The experience was far below the luxury experience we were given by Luxury India Tours. Thank you Vinayak and Bhuwan for being there for us, thinking ahead to plan our flights appropriately, adding weight fee to our baggage as needed.... see that we were picked up from flights on time and checkin at the airport on time! The personal touch given by 3 agents from the firm was beyond call of duty. Before arrival they answered all my queries but I had reservations, due to previous travel company non performance. In my travel , I got very sick in Lucknow. Vinayak and Bhuwan offered to arrive in Lucknow from Delhi to be beside my wife. She was all alone in hotel while I was in Medanta Hospital. The Hotel Taj people became her family and offered all help without worrying about cost or bills. So Bhuwan or Vinayak were not required, but they took care of all the hotel bills without asking me for payment. They were trying to make all arrangement necessary to get me back to Australia. They made all the alternate flight arrangement for me to BangLore. I caught SQ from there to Sydney. They even made Hotel Arrangement and paid for Singapore Stopover. I cannot fault their service and will again Book Palace on Wheels tour with them. All the best to team Luxury Travel.
