Vivek was very helpful setting up the process of the tour and gave us a step by step guide for such a beautiful trip and tour. He provided us the drive name, car, time and expectations with an accurate and affordable price point. Furthermore the Vikas was such a wealth of information and thoughtful guide. Allowing us our freedom to explore while entertaining out historical inquiries. He also led us to great spots for shopping, food, and historical sites in new and old Delhi. The driver S N Pal, was a careful and fun driver to be with. He was attentive and careful with our journey who also shared some golden nuggets of the city. I highly recommend them and vouche for their services.

Joyful Holidays gave me a combined package of Agra and New Delhi. This also included a bicycle rickshaw tour of Old Delhi. Vivek laid out an itinerary for me. They picked me up from my hotel in Gurgaon going straight to Agra for two nights. The same driver, Gajendar, was with me the entire time and drove me back to New Delhi for 3 days of touring. I had a private tour guide in Agra for two days, Raj. He was an excellent tour guide. When I arrived in New Delhi my tour guide was Ajay. The tour guides are extremely knowledgeable of the history of India. There wasn't a question they couldn't answer. Both tour guides were very hospitable and made sure I had everything I needed at the end of the day (e.g. a good place to dine). Ajay even helped me get my COVID test results that were slightly delayed. Their customer service is above and beyond what was expected, which made for an extremely pleasant tour. India, I shall return!
