The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

As music lovers we always enjoy the atmosphere at Hard Rock. As always, the food was very good as was the service. You certainly pay for the atmosphere. This was our most expensive meal for the weekend.

Food was EXCELLENT. Probably one the best burgers we ever had and same goes for the chicken fingers. Food was cooked perfectly. Service was fine and non-intrusive. Great job Hard Rock!

During a visit to Atlantic City last month, we discovered the delicious breakfast options at the Hard Rock Cafe. My husband and I both had really tasty dishes, so we put the Hard Rock on our regular AC itinerary. This week, we went back to AC. We were looking forward to breakfast and got to the Cafe at 11:15 AM on a Monday. I asked at the front desk what time breakfast ended and was told it ended at 11:00. Man, were we disappointed. We got a table anyway. Hubby ordered wings, and I ordered a burger, even though it was time for breakfast, not lunch.
While we waited for our food, we watched plate after plate of various breakfast items being served, and I heard our waitress explaining the breakfast choices to the couple at the next table. We had not asked her about breakfast, as we asked at the front and were told breakfast was over. I then asked our waitress and told her the front said that breakfast ended at 11. She said that there was an all-day breakfast menu, but it was limited in its choices. She also said that breakfast ends on Saturday and Sunday at 12, and other days it ends when they start running out of breakfast items: sometimes breakfast ends at 10:30 or 11:00, and it all depends. I asked what was on the limited menu, and she said she would see if she could find one. She never did.
I really would like that breakfast and lox sandwich or West Coast avocado toast, but who knows if we'll get there next time, and they'll have already run out of breakfast items. I wish I knew what was on the all-day menu or when breakfast availability is guaranteed. Oh well.
