Hände weg!! Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und der Fahrer teilte uns VOR Ablauf der 60 Minuten Wartezeit mit, unser Transfer sei nun storniert. Er war zudem sehr unfreundlich am Telefon. Auf umgehende telefonische Nachfrage bei der uns mitgeteilten Service-Nummer wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man den Fahrer kontaktieren würde. Ein Transport ist unterbleiben. Ich bin sehr gespannt, ob wir unser Geld zurück bekommen.

Our driver Huan arrived on time and was good at communicating with me. The ride and vehicle was clean and very smooth. Huan was a very good driver.
