Raffles was an excellent guide, very interesting and personable. We even went to a shop where the make the coper gas lamps! We learned about many more restaurants than we visited. He told us how each food we sampled was prepared, and they were delicious. Most of the tour cancelled due to rain....so we had a personalized tour. I recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning about the local iconic foods and where to try the best of the best. Food rep, history and current events all rolled into one.....great tour, and affordable!

The tour guides knowledge was unbelievable. It was a great experience tasting the food and learning where the food came from and how it was made.
