    8 different emails sent, told me the starting pint was the other end of the trip which led to me walking to the end and being told to walk back to the beginning. Gave up at that point and chalked it up to a learning experience never to use this company again.

    Good audio tour with some interesting info about the city. The app works really well and tracks your position so that the audio syncs up perfectly with your movements as you hop on and off the trolley car. I recommend this tour to anyone travelling solo who has a couple of hours to kill in New Orleans and wants to explore beyond the touristy French Quarter but doesn't quite know where to begin.

    GPS did not keep up with our location stopped working. We got on trolley and it quickly told us we were lost. But never caught up with our location
