Kristi was a great guide and we learned a lot and had fun. We felt like we got a really comprehensive tour of the area with great history and stories. Definitely recommend taking this tour. The vouchers for Cafe du Monde were the powdered sugar on top.

My college roommate and I took our 16 year old daughters to New Orleans to relive our glory days at Tulane. Before we could leave, though, we had to show them the vieux carre! It has changed so much in the past 25 years, but Jonn gave us a wonderful historical overview of the four cultural influences of New Orleans, and also brought in some current events. He gave us restaurant tips, praline tips, best bathroom tips, and of course, we ended up at cafe du monde - which may have be the highlight for our teen daughters!
Jonn’s passion and enthusiasm for his city made it all the more engaging. You’d be well served going on his tour!

JOHN WAS AMAZING! We got lucky and only had our group on the tour so John was really able to cater some of his recommendations to us specifically and answer some off the wall questions for us. He is super nice, engaging, and knowledgeable about nola!
