I paid for the 3 day bus pass and used it once and at the end of the trip the guide (a guy) was rude. The driver (a lady)on the other hand was very nice and made sure i got off the bus ok since i have a little trouble walking. It isn't worth the cost.

This is a perfect tour for the first day of a visit to New Orleans. It gives the overview of the city which is extremely helpful in planning the rest of a trip. We were greeted warmly by Jeffrey when we first checked in. Such a knowledgeable and friendly person. We walked to Stop One and again were greeted by a friendly and happy person. She helped us get on the bus, checked our tickets, etc. The bus tour guide, Eddy, was so clear and articulate as he took us through the city and did a complete loop first. Then continued to the various locations to get off the bus…and back on. It was really great.

Ellen on the bus was great. Getting an overview of the city was great. Walking tour in French quarter was pretty fun. Walking tour in garden district was meh.
