You may see the wildlife that made the Barataria Swamps the Crown Jewel of the Louisiana Purchase. If you choose the airboat option - you will experience the best of both: a swamp tour and an airboat ride. You will travel at high speeds on the airboat then slow down and stop for pictures. Along the way, you will get a personal tour by your local Captain. Our airboats have stadium style seating, so that the person in front of you does not obstruct your view. Every airboat seat is great for experiencing the tour and viewing the wildlife. Gators will get close…….real close!!!

  • Folding wheelchairs are allowed on the city tour, but the driver is not allowed to pick up a person to help them gain entrance. The customer must get into the minibus by themselves or with assistance from family or friends.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The bus tour was a little long and boring. Good for the older crowds. The airboat tour was super fun and great for all ages. Our airboat guide was very informative and we would definitely do the airboat again.

Our Coty tour guide, David, was wonderful. He shared so much information on the history of the city. He was friendly, sweet and courteous. Our second part of the tour was with Jason on the airboat. Jason was very knowledgeable, was able to find gators for us too see even though it was getting chilly out. He was funny, courteous, and hilarious. I would highly recommend these tours. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our time on both parts of the tour!

Great trip our guide was Dave he was very knowledgeable with info about the city and cemetery - the jet boat ride was great fun
