I really enjoyed our tour guide, Coty. He was full of information about the city and told us all kinds of stuff that I had never known. From haunted buildings and murder scenes, to architectural significances. I've been on several tours and this was by far my favorite.

Either the guide departed early, wasn't at the pick up point, or never showed up. Either way, unhelpful customer service to the point of the extreeme.
