We got to the abandoned store front 15 minutes early, waited a half an hour and no one showed up. No guide, no tour group, nothing. The neighboring shop staff said that is where to meet for the tour. I emailed the tour operator through Viator and never heard back. Now fighting to get a refund. They asked me to write a review, so avoid this tour completely.

Our guide Jamie was very knowledgeable about New Orleans history. The information shared during the tour was fascinating, the pace was perfect, and we felt we got much more than we expected. Very pleased!

Charlotte really knows her history! She was really nice & shared many stories with us. She tried to keep us cool in the heat which wasn’t easy! So glad we took this tour.
